To use this Canterbury Elite First Layer, simply put it on as your base layer before your rugby training. The front 1/4 zip makes it easy to put on and take off. During your workout, the VapoDri technology will keep you cool by wicking away moisture. For maintenance, machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fabric. You can tumble dry it, then give it a cool iron if needed. But don't dry clean it, as this can also harm the product.
