These Canterbury rugby shorts are super easy to use. Just put them on like you would any regular shorts. The drawcord on the gathered waistband allows you to adjust the fit according to your comfort. When you're out on the rugby field, the silicone gripper on the inside of the waistband will keep the shorts in place. For maintenance, you can simply throw them in the washing machine. That's it!
