These Canterbury shorts are great for gym workouts and rugby games. Just put them on like regular shorts, and use the drawcord to adjust the waist for a perfect fit. You can keep your small items like keys or cards in the internal fob pocket, and other stuff in the side and back pockets. When it's time to clean them, turn them inside out and wash in warm water in the machine. Don't use bleach. You can dry them in the dryer on a cool setting, but don't dry clean them. This way, your shorts will stay in good shape for a long time.
